More fun with physical items. I fixed the remaining bugs (ambient rotations and bad collisions) and enabled the feature on all items. Ghost items also return after being picked up and stay in place until respawning. This code is now a mutator.
I was bored, so I decided to see how dropped weapons in Xonotic would behave if I made them physical, using the ODE implementation in DarkPlaces. Note that this currently uses a bad implementation and doesn't work all right.

Nexuiz (now called ... By: MirceaKitsune. on 04 May 12, 21:30:02 Nexuiz (now called Xonotic which has advanced a lot? since then) uses the Darkplaces engine, which is Quake 1 based. The graphics issue is weird, since all rendering details are optional and DP can run on very old machines when they are off. If you liked Nexuiz, I recommend downloading the latest version of Xonotic. If it's slow, set all details to minimum and look for rendering switches in the cvars.
