The video on the D90 and the D5000 are exactly the same if I remember correctly. In HD it records 1200x720 for up to 5 minutes or until the file reaches 2GB;? whichever limit is reached first. It can also record standard in 620x420 I think with a 20-minute cap? (I forgot the exact pixel measurements for HD and Standard video and I forgot if there was a limit on standard)
