By: JenovaFailure. on 24 Sep 10, 01:28:36 I've heard that up to the close? of the open beta there wasn't an AH, and that you could purchase (with real money :s) something called a Retainer, which acts as a mule and you can also rent (in game for gil) a market stall to sell your items from, and get to customize how it looks to give ppl an idea of what you're selling before they browse. Or you can bazaar it I suppose. Hope this helps, though don't take my word for the truth now that the collectors release is out :)

I wouldn't call the game boring, corny dull or ugly. It IS unintuitive and slow though. The game has a lot of issues right now, both in pacing and in the general UI. Its? a decent game. Its allure than some other recent releases. But its a work in progress.

The reward for leve's is random each time they are offered. One time you can get a large chunk of gil. The next a small amount of gil and armor. Rarely you can get small gil plus your classes guild marks. Which you can trade in for traits and abilities.
All the? armor shown in the video were picked up through guildleves through rank 15.

Just got into beta (finally =) And for the love of god i cant even figure out how to get a shield for my gladiator. Someone told me thru levequests? Done all the rank 1 levequests, now trying to get to rank 10 to? continue the quests. (but equipment would help) And my server isnt very social. not getting much help

Just like in XI with Level Sync, there is not a really hard and fast rule as to what % that is. At the? moment it seems specific to the piece of armor.
