Here is a very simple way to add audio files to your Android phone for using as ringtone, notification, or alarm sounds. This is just a way to copy the audio files directly to the Android phone file system, without using any extra software. This video uses an HTC Incredible copying audio files to the SD card. But this should work on any Android phone.

It doesn't matter ... By: uk7769. on 20 Jan 12, 04:40:58 It doesn't matter what the drive letter shows up as on your PC. If you do not have removable storage on your phone (such as a micro SD card) then you still should have? built in storage on the phone itself. Name the folders as described in the video, copy them to the phone, and the Android operating system should automatically find the sound files. The key is naming the folders properly. BTW... someone's sum of 1 is always one. :D

Super video. ... By: micstew. on 10 Dec 11, 18:02:15 Super video. Followed to the letter, worked perfectly. Two things: 1. A good local (privately owned) hardware? store may have a puller kit to loan out complete with tap, bolt, etc so ask before you buy everything. 2. Only the STEM has to be turned 180 if the hot/cold are reversed, not the entire cartridge, which is functionally symmetrical. Thank you again for posting the redux.

saved my butt-- ... By: csping301. on 05 Oct 11, 18:25:05 saved my butt--worked great. Only piece of advise is that home depot and lowes does not sell a 12x1.75 tap. Found it for? $8 in a local independent auto parts store. Once I had that it took about 15 minutes to fix and put it all back--including clean up. Thanks again
Only thing I can ... By: TomSV650. on 29 Sep 11, 01:16:13 Only thing I can add is please, PLEASE, don't put back in a brass cartridge! Most plumbing supplies houses will only exchange/warranty the plastic cartridge 1225. Also, even if you tap out a brass cartridge, it still may remain stuck? and will strip out the threads. Ever try to cut out a brass cartridge? Not fun at all and I tell my customers that if it strips out, a new faucet is in order.
On the other hand, the plastic cartridge is much easier to cut out. Just sayin...
If you need a ... By: rick121x. on 24 Sep 11, 23:31:01 If you need a cartridge, just call Moen,? and they will send you one free.... but there is about $10 postage. But it's a lot cheaper than HOMDEP.
Thank you! I had ... By: mkanoap. on 21 Aug 11, 14:41:39 Thank you! I had two faucets in the same bathroom that needed this treatment. I'm so glad I watched this video first, both of them had the center part break off. I used the washer method and it worked great. One caveat, I had difficulty? putting the pin back in on a sink faucet because the force of the washers pushing back actually bent the end of the socket and crimped the slot for the pin closed a tiny bit. Next time I would shim that slot with something, maybe the pin turned sideways.

Thanks!
Benjamin.
Thanks for the tips ... By: flybman2007. on 16 Aug 11, 02:46:07 Thanks for the tips! This has been a great learning experience...
However - question. I was tapping the outer case of the cartridge and the whole thing spins. It spins at just a spot to where I can't get? any thread - yet, at the same time I can't pull out the cartridge while spinning. It's being a real bugger...
.. So the question is how can I tap this so I can get something to put on? Garrrh.

Oh that stinks. You ... By: uk7769. on 18 Jul 11, 17:15:30 Oh that stinks. You are correct, it sounds like the screw is stripped. I would try soaking the handle screw it in WD40 or Liquid Wrench type oil, wait a while to let it penetrate, and try again. If that still doesn't? work, I might try pulling the stem out with the handle still on it. But then you'd still need to find a replacement handle and screw. It might be very difficult, and may not work, but it's worth a try, before replacing the whole faucet, or calling in a plumber.
Thanks for your ... By: nedfunnell. on 18 Jul 11, 16:45:49 Thanks for your reply. Yes, it's the screw that holds the handle on. I have been holding the handle from spinning, yes- but naturally it? wouldn't spin more than 90 degrees each way anyway. Does this mean that the threads in the stem are stripped out?

Here is the tile cleaner working on our pool. Sand blasting it using a glass bead medium is the only way to get all those hard Arizona water deposits off the tile.
