lies. Thats what YT wants you to believe. Have you seen those shitty looking home videos ? Maybe they had a nice source, but converted to flash. Flash is the WORST WAY POSSIBLE to encode a video. It uses either the H263 or flash coder to compress your videos (which is obsolete), making it crappy as hell. The? pros always uses MPEG-4 AVC (H264), DivX or XviD in an efficient way to compress videos, making it smaller but absolutely LOSSLESS in quality. Don't let ignorance kills humanity

if you want your videos to upload to youtube quicker, convert it to .flv format before uploading. It cuts the file size down. A Lot! but doesn't change? the quality at all. The reason it takes hours for your videos to upload and get processed is because youtube has to change them to .flv format to make the file size as small as possible. Download Adobe Media Encoder, or something like that. :)
