You'd need an extremely advanced supercomputer type gaming console to be able to handle such amazingly awesome content for hours on end. The trailer is easy to make because it doesn't involve having to add control cues. For a game that looks that great to be playable would take years to develop and would cost an extremely large amount of money to even buy just the game. Not to mention the cost of the console.
