When it comes to 3's, ferals can't just run away to heal and the only thing they can do is Frenzied regen.. I know you have experience, you are one of my favorite TGN posters and i respect you.
I understand your concerns about 1v1 and i also share a similar opinion. However, i don't think that a Feral will beat a Ret that? easily. Frost mages, for example, are way harder to beat as Ret.

You healed yourself from nothing to 50% TWICE in a TEN SECOND interval. And yet you complain about a 3min CD (Frenzied regeneration) that healed the druid to 50%..
Also, cleanse is better than powershitfting to remove snares since cleanse will remove roots as well.
Bear form can be EASILY countered by swaping and you know it.
