Go to the "Marketplace" sub-menu at the main menu. Then scroll down to? the "Track Pass" option. "Test Track" and "Top Gear" should be there. I bought the regular edition and both tracks were free for me.

I have a bone to pick with Forza, why have 2 heats for class international events, it just feels like your repeating the same race. And the multi class event, brilliant idea horribly implemented. they should've made endurance races out of the multi class events, instead they are short races in which you dont interact with the other class, WTF? is the point of racing along other cars you never get to see again on the track. It's just really stupid. Good game, not a great game.
